Velvet is one of the leading bars in Europe, picking up several accolades over the last couple of year, including Bar of the Year Germany at the Mixology Awards.

Based in Berlin’s Neukölln district, Velvet is an intimate experience. The bar sources local ingredients which gives the menu a distinct level of seasonality.

All ingredients are processed in their in-house laboratory. The essences, syrups and concentrates for the cocktails are blanched, fermented, filtered, spun in the centrifuge or evaporated in a rotary vacuum evaporator. All of which contributes the allure and grandeur of what is truly an avant-garde expression of a modern cocktail bar.
