Based in Berlin’s Neukölln district, Velvet is an intimate experience. The bar sources local ingredients which gives the menu a distinct level of seasonality.
All ingredients are processed in their in-house laboratory. The essences, syrups and concentrates for the cocktails are blanched, fermented, filtered, spun in the centrifuge or evaporated in a rotary vacuum evaporator. All of which contributes the allure and grandeur of what is truly an avant-garde expression of a modern cocktail bar.
