Alexander von Humboldt was a Prussian polymath, geographer, naturalist, explorer, and proponent of Romantic philosophy and science. Humboldt's quantitative work on botanical geography laid the foundation for the field of biogeography.
Humboldt Gin was created in collaboration with the Berlin Botanical Garden and the German Historical Museum to celebrate the 250th Birthday Anniversary of the great naturalist.
